Kısır With Dry Fruits

*Made with Duru Bulgur

Ingredients

  • 1.5 glass of Fine Bulgur
  • 2.5 glass of warm water (to wet bulgur)
  • 4 fresh onions
  • 2 sweet long pepper
  • 1 mature tomato
  • 6 dry apricots
  • 50 g hazelnut
  • 8-10 branches of fresh mint
  • 6 tablespoons of natural olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 2 bunches of roquette (by choice)

 

  • 1Let bulgur rest in warm water and absorb water and swell then, put them into wire screen. Clean fresh onions and chop into very small pieces.
  • 2Remove seeds of long peppers and chop into small pieces.
  • 3Peel the tomatoes and cut them into half. Remove the seeds with the tip of the knife. Chop them into small cubes. Finely mince fresh mint leaves with a sharp knife after chopping dry apricots.
  • 4Lightly break hazelnuts using side of the knife. Put all ingredients into an oval mixing cup and flavour it with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
  • 5Carefully blend and put into serving cups.
